3 residential retreats
The heart of the experience, these five-day retreats are when the most meaningful breakthroughs occur and when we lay the foundation for what will evolve in the months to follow.
9 learning labs
Every month the entire cohort convenes online to practice applying ELIA principles, methods, and tools to participants’ real world issues, and to support one another’s development.
6 private sessions
Learning deepens and becomes all the more personalized during six private one-on-one coaching sessions with an ELIA facilitator. This is an opportunity to apply what you’re learning to your specific challenges.

This is not idle theory. ELIA is grounded in two generations of research and over 20 years of field testing. Research partners have included the Organizational Learning Center at MIT, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, John F. Fetzer Institute, and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard.

The ELIA approach incorporates practices adapted from the fields of organizational learning, psychology, systems & design thinking, somatics, and conflict resolution. We also utilize the transformational power of the arts, including poetry and music.

Includes 9-month duration, 3 five-day retreats with full-day sessions, 9 learning labs, 6 private coaching sessions, all materials, and meeting venues.

Accommodations + Meals
Option for meals-only (accommodations arranged by you) or all-inclusive with a variety of room choices.
